Our story began at the bedside.

After years of working in healthcare as a registered nurse and care leader, our founder Weili Gaudet witnessed a pattern that was both common and concerning. Many seniors left hospitals or long-term care settings medically stable—but once they returned home, they struggled. Daily routines became overwhelming. Medications were confusing. Small health changes went unnoticed. Families wanted to help, but time, distance, and lack of professional guidance made it difficult.

What became clear was this: going home did not always mean getting better.

Our founder saw that with the right support—practical help, clinical insight, and compassionate guidance—many seniors could live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. Yet too often, families were left to navigate care alone, without clear direction or trusted professionals to guide them.

Driven by this gap, our home care service was built on a simple belief:
care at home should be proactive, personal, and professionally guided.

By listening closely to families, understanding seniors’ real daily challenges, and applying hands-on nursing experience, we developed a care model that goes beyond basic assistance. We focus on understanding the whole person—their health, routines, preferences, and family dynamics—so care truly fits their life.
